Event Information:
Xanadu is a quantum computing company founded in Toronto in 2016 with the goal of building fault-tolerant quantum computers. I will give an overview of Xanadu's recent hardware milestones, and an introduction to Xanadu's strategy for fault-tolerant quantum computing using optical GKP states. Finally, I will focus on our most recent hardware demonstration [1] from earlier this year, in which we generated and measured GKP states showing features necessary for fault-tolerance, using a scalable integrated platform.
