- Late Friday afternoon: Poster Session and Reception at TRIUMF (shuttle transportation is arranged & TRIUMF tours will be offered)
- Late Friday afternoon: Annual General Meeting

Deadlines
- Abstract Submission: Friday 10 April 2009
- Early Registration at reduced rates deadline: Wednesday 15 April 2009
- On-campus housing reservation deadline: Tuesday April 14, 2009
(A block of on-campus rooms and suites is being held for our conference until April 14, 2009 - after that date space on campus will be tight)
All participants are invited and encouraged to attend the conference banquet Friday evening, May 15 at the Sage Bistro.
Tickets are available for conference participants and their guests. Banquet tickets for registered students are highly subsidized (half price).
