Special Conference rates at the Chateau Lake Louise are listed below. If you choose to make your own reservations at the Chateau, be sure to mention that you will be attending WRNPP to get these special conference rates. Please also indicate on the application form with whom you will be sharing a room. Anyone wishing to find a room-mate, please email me, indicate whether you are male/female, smoker/non-smoker before January 10/95, and I'll try to get you paired up.
Room rates at the Chateau Lake Louise are "American Plan", which includes accommodation, plus all meals from dinner Friday evening, to lunch on Sunday(inclusive). The rates quoted below include gratuities.
5% provincial hotel room tax and 7% GST are not included in quoted prices.
A deposit for one night's accommodation (cheque made payable to Chateau Lake Louise, or equivalent credit card information) must accompany this form if you are requesting accommodations.
Accommodation is limited and our block reservation must be confirmed as soon as possible.
Financial Assistance: Limited financial assistance will be available to graduate students only. If you are a graduate student and wish to be considered for financial assistance, please indicate so on the application form. (Graduate student support will be $50/day/student, as has been the case in past years.) This year graduate student support has been pledged by the TRIUMF Users Group, TUEC.
As of January 17, 1995, we have only 3 rooms left for the conference. They will be released from our block on January 20, so if you intend to come to this conference, please register asap, or you won't have a room at the Chateau. ------------------------------------------
